The EXPANDEO & FIRE Forum 2022 will take place at the International Auditorium International, Trade Union House in Boulevard du Roi Albert II, No. 5 / 2 B-1210 Brussels

Access Plan
Brussels Airport – Zaventem:

Take a train to Gare du nord. From there, walk 5 mins. (21 mins in Total)

From the city center

Take metro line 3 or 4 to Rogier Station. Walk 3 mins. (11 mins in Total). You can also walk there. 14 mins

From the European neighbourhood

Take metro line 1 (Schuman or Maelbeek Station). Change at Art-Lois station for line 2 or 6. Stop at Rogier station. Walk 3 mins.

 

EARSC AWARDS/Cocktail Venue

The EARSC Awards Ceremony will start at 18:30-21:30. Attention!  The entrance between 18:15-19:00 is from the PALAIS DU COUDENBERG – PLACE ROYALE 10. If you join us after 19:00 please enter from the main entrance, PLACE DES PALAIS 7! Please arrive at 18:20 if you want to join the guided tour.
What we have prepared for you:
  • 18:20 – Entrance from the PALAIS DU COUDENBERG –  PLACE ROYALE 10 !!!
  • 18.30 – Guided tour & refreshments in the Coudenberg Palace
  • 19.00 – Awards ceremony in the Atrium –  PLACE DES PALAIS 7
  • 20.00 – Walking dinner in the garden

From the workshop venue to the cocktail venue

We recommend you take the metro at Rogier station and take line 2 or 6 and stop at Trone station. You can then walk for 8 mins.

You can also walk from the International Auditorium to the Belvue musuem (28 mins).
